These fully integrated marketing programs are approached from a media-agnostic planning perspective and designed to harness the collective strength of Kimberly-Clark consumer brands under one promotional umbrella to excite consumers, engage retailers and drive incremental sales and quality support.
During her career, Dawn has planned and managed programs that include direct mail, in-packs, Catalina, Upromise, Box Tops for Education, in-store ads and coupons, sampling, social network media, Web site development, and event marketing.

Jeff Hayzlett

Jeff is responsible for the Kodak's worldwide marketing operations, including the design and implementation of all marketing strategies, investments, policies, and processes. He leads the company's efforts for strategy and planning, marketing programs, marketing network operations, brand development and management, business development, and corporate sponsorships. He is also responsible for the company's corporate communications, public relations and public affairs organizations.
Jeff has received numerous global awards and honors, including the Frost & Sullivan Lifetime Achievement Award for marketing. He was named "Business to Business Marketer of the Year" by BtoB magazine and "Direct Marketer of the Year" by the University of Akron Taylor Institute for Direct Marketing.
Among numerous other leadership positions in the marketing industry, Jeff is currently chairman of the board of directors of the Business Marketing Association. He has nearly 25 years of international marketing, sales, and customer relations management experience. He joined Kodak in April 2006 as chief marketing officer and vice president of the graphic communications group.
Jonathan Kopp

Jonathan Kopp is Ketchum's lead digital communications strategist. He oversees all aspects of digital consulting, digital media/blogger relations, social media, Web development and rich media products and services for Ketchum account teams and clients across the Ketchum global network.
Before Ketchum, Jonathan was a partner at SS+K, an integrated communications agency where he provided strategic counsel and developed integrated campaigns involving public relations, public affairs, issue advocacy, crisis management, marketing and advertising across all traditional and digital media. In 2007 and 2008, he was a member of the Obama for America National Media Team, focused on online and offline communications to engage younger voters. He also has served clients in a range of industries, including consumer products, financial services, healthcare and retail.
Prior to joining SS+K in 1995, Jonathan practiced telecommunications law and policy in the Washington, D.C., office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher. Before that, he served as law clerk to the counsel to the president in the Clinton administration, where he focused mainly on ethics in government, U.S. Senate approval of presidential appointees and aspects of international law for the legal counsel to the national security advisor.
Jonathan is a member of the advisory board to aids2031 and the Emory Alumni Board Marketing Committee.

Clem Lau has had more than 15 years of experience working in China, working in the interactive media industry during the last five. He was previously CEO of XLink Media, a leader in the integrated new media field in Asia, pioneering converged interactive media solutions for traditional TV media.
Recently, Clem has been active in the online reputation management sector. He has consulted for Nokia and has been an invited panelist at the Music Matters music industry forum held in Hong Kong. He is a member of the Nitron Media Circle of Experts.
Charlene Li

Charlene is a co-author, along with Forrester Research analyst Josh Bernoff, of the widely acclaimed book Groundswell: Winning in a World Transformed by Social Techonologies. She discusses these topics on her blog, The Altimeter.
Previously, Charlene was a vice president and principal analyst at Forrester. Prior to that, she spent five years in online and newspaper publishing with The San Jose Mercury News and Community Newspaper Company. She was also a consultant with Monitor Group in Boston and Amsterdam.

She has experience in organizational change and effectiveness, internal communications, training and development, team processes and project management. Since joining Stromberg, her engagements have included an internal communications audit to help drive targeted messages to an organization's diverse workforce, a functional effectiveness of the public affairs group at a leading pharmaceutical company (which led to a restructuring strategy for the department), and the development of a large-scale learning strategy for more than 2,000 high-value, customer-facing representatives.

Helen Paczkowski

Helen is a consultant for Stromberg Consulting, Ketchum's organizational change agency. Her expertise is in organizational research and analysis. She has worked with organizations in the airline, financial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, entertainment, publishing, cosmetics, insurance, and nonprofit industries.
Prior to joining Stromberg, Helen spent a number of years in the organization research group at Oliver Wyman, Delta Organization & Leadership (formerly Mercer Delta Consulting). She focused on individual and organizational assessment (including, but not limited to organization diagnosis, team effectiveness, 360-degree leadership feedback, and organizational climate), as well as on specialized research projects on topics such as leading in a global world, the board's role in executive talent management, and managing creative talent. Helen also has played major roles in executive talent management, succession planning, organizational design, and employee engagement work.
Joanne Puckett

Joanne designs and conducts research and measurement programs for Ketchum clients, and she leads the research network's work for Ketchum Digital. She is responsible for developing ChatTrax, Ketchum's proprietary analysis report on consumer-generated media. She also provides marketplace insights, competitive perspectives and target market analyses to ensure new business efforts are strategic and data-driven.
Joanne also supports all research-related phases of the Ketchum Programming Process – from intelligence gathering and uncovering market segments to the evaluation of media hits and measurement of communication effects. Her client roster includes Kimberly-Clark, Kellogg, the Canned Food Alliance and ConAgra Foods.
Jamie Read

Jamie has over eight years of communications experience in Canada and the U.A.E., having worked as a PR professional, freelance writer and journalist, Web administrator, digital media consultant and news editor.
Since joining the healthcare team in Dubai, Jamie has managed Eli Lilly's corporate communications and is currently helping launch Pfizer's antismoking drug, Champix, in the Middle East and Africa. He heads the agency's new-media PR consultancy and is active in developing social media communications in the region.
Prior to joining TBWA\RAAD, Jamie worked for Canada's largest adult rehabilitation hospital, Toronto Rehab, in various communications capacities. He has extensive healthcare marketing and PR experience, as well as experience in special events, corporate sponsorship, internal marketing and branding.

Olivier Saint-Léger

Olivier has spent most of his career in media groups (Groupe Tests, Groupe Excelsior Informatique, Groupe IDG France, Groupe Future France). Since 1993, he has been focused on the development of the Internet in France and has become an "evangelist" in the specialized press. He has launched two magazines dedicated to new technologies, Web//Master at IDG and .Net Pro at Future France, and also has written several books on new technologies.
Olivier has led Ketchum's digital department in Paris since 2006. He also is founder of the Web agency Speedfire mediArchitects.
